This is my final design for my Soup Kitchen logo to go on an apron. I came up with the name Community Kitchen because I felt like it made it sound more positive.

I chose to do this logo in black and white. I started out by drawing the image. After I finished drawing the image I put it into Adobe Illustrator and traced the image out. Once I finished turning it into a vector I put it into Photoshop and added a charcoal texture.

I chose charcoal to make the image feel more organic and less computerized. I added the flame and the steam to emphasize that the food is fresh and hot.
